At Puppy Harbor, we believe your dog’s chew time should feel safe, simple, and stress-free.
Like many dog parents, we were frustrated by the usual options: plastic chews that leave behind mystery flakes, rawhide that raises questions, and hard chews that can feel too risky for everyday use. We wanted something cleaner, more natural, and easier to feel good about giving our dogs.
That search led us to coffee wood.
Coffee wood is naturally dense, durable, and satisfying for dogs who love to gnaw. Unlike many synthetic chews, it does not rely on artificial flavors, fillers, or plastic-based materials. Why Vietnam?
We chose Vietnam because coffee is part of the country’s agricultural identity. Vietnam is one of the world’s most important coffee-growing countries, with much of its coffee farming concentrated in the Central Highlands.
That matters to us because great coffee wood starts close to great coffee farms.
By sourcing coffee wood from Vietnam, we are able to work with a region that has deep experience growing coffee trees. Instead of letting strong, durable coffee wood go unused after coffee trees are trimmed or renewed, it can be given a second life as a natural chew for dogs.
For us, that makes coffee wood more than just a material. It is a thoughtful choice: simple, durable, natural, and rooted in one of the world’s great coffee-growing regions.
